- Legal Officer (Grade-I): Master's degree in Law with International Law specialization, 10 years experience as Advocate/government legal services, Age: 50 years
- Operations Officer: Engineering degree (Civil/Mechanical/Computer Science/IT/Aeronautical/Electrical/Electronics) OR M.Sc (Electronics/Physics) OR B.Sc (Physics/Electronics), 2-3 years relevant experience, Age: 35-45 years
- Scientific Officer (Chemical): Master's in Chemistry/Microbiology OR Chemical Technology/Engineering degree, 1 year laboratory experience, Age: 30-35 years
- Associate Professors: B.E./B.Tech + M.E./M.Tech + Ph.D. in respective engineering fields, 5 years teaching/research experience, Age: 45-48 years
- Medical Specialists Grade III: MBBS + MD/MS in respective specializations, Age: varies by category
