📚 Educational Qualification
- Talathi: Degree from recognized University + 6-month Computer Diploma
- Village Panchayat Secretary: Degree + 6-month Computer Diploma + 1 Year Experience
- Accounts Clerk/Treasurer/Aval Karkun: Degree + 6-month Computer Diploma + Experience (for some posts)
- Laboratory Assistant: Degree in Science (B.Sc) / HSSC with Science (depending on department)
- Junior Geologist: B.Sc in Geology
- Other Posts: Degree in relevant field
- Valid 15 years Residence Certificate in Goa
- Knowledge of Konkani language is essential
- Knowledge of Marathi is desirable
