Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has released the 2nd selection list for D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) admission for the 2025-27 session. The two-year face-to-face course program applications were accepted from 11 January to 05 February 2025. The entrance examination was conducted on 26 August 2025, with results declared on 26 November 2025. Candidates who have passed Class 12th with 50% marks (General) and 45% marks (SC/ST) from recognized boards are eligible. The application fee is Rs. 960 for General/EWS/BC/EBC categories and Rs. 760 for SC/ST/Divyang candidates. Selection is based on an online written entrance examination followed by counselling process. The 1st selection list was released on 12 December 2025, and the 2nd selection list on 21 December 2025. Counselling started on 29 November 2025 and will continue until 05 December 2025.
